Students from 4 ESO share an Erasmus in Schools experience with Erasmus Students Network Madrid.
My name is Gonzalo and I am a 4 ESO student from Colegio Arzobispal. I want to share with you our Erasmus in Schools experience from Erasmus Students Network Madrid.
The last week, some erasmus students came to my class to talk about their country and their erasmus experience in Madrid. They were 6 guys from different European countries such as France, Italy, Canada, Hungary, and Croatia. One of them worked with each cooperative group. A Croatian girl was in my group. She was 23 years old and she has studied for 4 months here in Madrid.
She taught us very interesting facts about Croatia: Population, traditions, typical food, beautiful places, sports…and we were able to make questions. Then, we have to prepare a PPT presentation to explain to our classmates what we have learned.
It was a very nice experience to meet a person who came from another country and has a different life style, to know more about Croatia and improving our English.
English is the best way to communicate with people who don’t speak your language.
I would like to repeat the activity and I recommend everyone to do things like this.
